ARRIVING SOON, READY STOCK and PRE-ORDER items are BRAND NEW with latest 13 series serial number.

All items will come with original receipt/photocopy of original receipt, authenticity card and dust bag.

Pre-order Procedure
Step 1: Email us your desired bag specifications. We will be in touch with you within 24h.
Step 2: Place a deposit of $500 to confirm your order.
Step 3: When the bag arrives in Singapore, you have 7 days to collect the bag with full payment.

The items should arrive 3-4 weeks after deposit is received. If you do not receive your items after 4 weeks, we will provide a full refund of the deposit.

After the item arrives in Singapore, the item must be collected with full payment within 7 days. Otherwise the deposit will be forfeited, and the item will be put on sale as ready stock.

All sales are final. We do not accept any returns, unless there is evidence against the authenticity of the item within 3 days of the purchase, in which case we will provide a full refund.

We have a legal obligation to inform you that Luxedream is not an authorized retailer of the items we have for sale, nor are we affiliated with these designers. We do not claim to be an authorized dealer, distributor, or agent of any of the designers whose goods are offered on our website.

How do you prove authenticity of your READY STOCK/PRE-ORDER Chanel bags?
All our READY STOCK/PRE-ORDER bags are purchased directly from overseas Chanel boutique accompanied by receipt, authenticity cards, dust bag and box.

How are you able to purchase Chanel bags at these discounted prices?
Two of our partners work for MNCs and travel to Europe and USA regularly. They purchase the bags direct from Chanel boutiques overseas.

Will I get an original receipt for my bag?
We always request the boutique to provide us with individual receipt for every bag. Rarely, but it is still possible, that they combine the purchases into one receipt. In this case, we can only give you a photocopy of the receipt. We will show you the original receipt if requested.

Do you bring in Chanel wallets, other Chanel bag models or other Chanel accessories? Do you bring in other brands like LV/Hermes/Dior?
At the moment we only bring in the Chanel items on our price list.
